Refrigerator Pickled Yellow Sweet Banana Peppers

Sweet Banana Peppers are easy to grow in the garden, they are fast growing and if you wait they do turn a beautiful red color.

Provide a well-drained soil and a sunny location.

Harvest when yellow or red in color.

Refrigerator Pickled Yellow Sweet Banana Peppers

Refrigerator Pickled Yellow Sweet Banana Peppers are super simple to make and can be used in so many recipes!

My husband and I love this recipe. I hope you try it soon!

Ingredients:
Instructions
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
1 lb banana peppers seeded & sliced into rings

Bring the vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed to a rolling boil.
Pour brine over peppers to within ½” of the top.
Wipe off the rim and put lid and ring on.
Store in the fridge.

How to use your pickled banana peppers? Use on sandwiches, tacos, etc.

They are so delicious and should last in your refrigerator for several weeks.
